A typical counseling session lasts about 55 minutes, although the length of a session may vary depending on the needs of the client.
The frequency of counseling sessions depends on the needs of the client and the goals of the treatment. Our therapist will work with you to develop a treatment plan that best fits your needs.
We are in-network with and happy to accept the following insurances:
– Blue Cross/Blue Shield – PPO
– Optum PPO
– United PPO
We also accept individuals who decide to pay out-of-pocket for services. Those who pay out-of-pocket are welcome to submit out-of-network to their insurance, but we are unable to do that for you.
Yes, counseling is confidential. Our therapist adheres to ethical and legal standards regarding confidentiality and will only disclose information with your written consent or as required by law.
The cost of counseling varies depending on the type and length of the session. Our practice accepts insurance. For clients not in network the cost per session is $150 for an hour long session.
